Drawing review, levels and scope
Drawings reviewed where they exist, levels checked, constraints confirmed. Where a landscape architect is involved, we coordinate directly on buildability
Planning, procurement and pre-start
Works planned, long-lead materials ordered, access and traffic management sorted, site prepared for delivery.
Groundworks and landscaping delivery
Supervised delivery with in-house landscapers and groundworkers, keeping sequencing between the groundwork and finishing phases tight.
Final finishing and handover
Paving alignment, planting setting out, drainage final levels. The end of a landscape project is when the detail shows most.

When levels aren't understood, drainage is overlooked, access is tighter than expected, or sequencing between groundworks and finishing trades isn't planned. We deal with this by understanding the site properly before work starts, not after.
