After successfully growing a building company, he has transitioned New Earth Construction Ltd to focus on delivering its own high-quality developments while also undertaking projects across the private and public sectors.
Sam is the founder and managing director of New Earth Construction. He leads the company's developments from land acquisition and site appraisal through to handover, combining hands-on project management with a reputation built on expertise, leadership and the highest standards of finish.
His experience spans more than 15 years in the Isle of Man construction industry, where he built and grew a successful building company before transitioning New Earth to deliver its own high-quality developments alongside projects across the private and public sectors.
