Residential
Homes transformed and gardens rebuilt, from the Ballamillighyn Cottage open-plan conversion to the high-end outdoor living scheme at 15 The Links in Peel.
Heritage and public
Landmark restoration under public ownership, including the fire-damaged Swiss Chalet at Glen Helen returned to service for DEFA.
In construction
Work under way across the island, including the Isle of Man's first padel facility at Nobles Park, delivered under design and build.

Because budget honesty is rare in construction and we think it should not be. Published figures are real final values, shared with our clients' agreement, so you can calibrate your own project against genuine island costs.
No. We're launching with our strongest recent case studies and adding more over time, including commercial fit-outs and new-build schemes currently being written up.
No. The case studies show range rather than minimums. We take on smaller extensions, alterations and refurbishments alongside larger schemes.
Yes, on request. Much of our work comes through recommendation, and past clients are usually happy to speak to serious enquirers.
Only with your agreement. Case studies are written after completion and shared with you before anything goes live. Plenty of our work stays private at the client's preference.
