With over 15 years of experience in the Isle of Man construction industry, Sam has built a strong reputation for his expertise and leadership. After successfully growing a building company, he has transitioned New Earth Construction Ltd to focus on delivering its own high-quality developments while also undertaking projects across the private and public sectors.
Richard brings extensive financial expertise to New Earth Construction Ltd, with a career spanning senior global financial positions across multiple industries. His experience includes developing sophisticated finance structures to support international trading contracts within the global steel sector, as well as overseeing the financial and operational aspects of constructing manufacturing facilities in China.
Joe’s strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic cost management expertise play a vital role in ensuring New Earth Construction Ltd remains competitive while maintaining financial integrity across all developments and projects.
