Joe is New Earth Construction's quantity surveyor and commercial manager. He is responsible for tender submissions, final account and valuation preparations, subcontract and material procurement, and overall cost control, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, within budget and to the highest standards.
His background is in large-scale commercial fit-out across the UK, including the W Hotel in London and multiple Genting Casino locations nationwide. Since relocating to the Isle of Man in 2021, he has specialised in bespoke new-build homes, renovations and extensions.
